Bangkok has thousands of condo developments, serviced apartments and houses, and although demand for pet-friendly accommodation is soaring, not many allow pets. Finding a suitable pet-friendly condo in Thailand can be challenging as there are often restrictions on animal numbers, types, and sizes. Often residential buildings have harsh penalties for breaking the rules, and it is best to be open and honest so both you and your furry friends can be happy.
Here are the top five pet-friendly condos in Bangkok for sale or rent as selected by our Lazudi experts. All ar in Bangkok City Centre locations, close to transport and amenities.

Using the search filter on the Lazudi site, we’ve found more pet-friendly rentals or properties for sale in Bangkok. And a word of caution, check specifically for any specific conditions around dogs and cats, including number and size limits.
Be aware that just because the condo project is ‘pet-friendly’ doesn’t mean that all owners will allow pets for rental properties. Ensure you have express permission from the landlord and inclusion on the lease or in writing to avoid misunderstanding and conflicts.
