Recently, Bangkok Airways announced that the airline is ready to resume service on routes between Samui-Hong Kong '' starting July 1. The flight frequency will be 3 flights a week (Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday) and they will operate using an Airbus 319 aircraft. BA also aims to open a direct flight route Samui-Chongqing, Samui-Chengdu, and Samui-Hong Kong within the third quarter of 2023.
PG805 departs Samui Airport at 10.55 am. and arrives at Hong Kong International Airport at 3.15 pm. and Flight PG806 departs from Hong Kong International Airport at 4.15 pm. and arrives at Samui International Airport at 6.35 pm.
