The Mooban has an amazing swimming pool with adjacent tennis courts, restaurant, coffee shop and Spa. Markets, supermarkets, banks, gyms, garages, post office and some schools are only minutes away. Public transport is not good, you need a car or m/c although GRAB (like Uber) does serve this area well. Several hospitals and dentists are within 20 minutes. We are about 20 minutes away from the airport ... but far enough away that you do not hear the aircraft. Flights to Hong Kong and Singapore are less than 3 hours ...... Chiangmai is a very convenient hub to get around S.E.Asia for work or pleasure. Most of the internet service providers can provide fiber high speed internet directly into the house ... you are spoilt for choice. Utilities are reliable, mains water, bottled gas and electricity ... but with the wires being above ground there are occasional power cuts.
