Large 5 bedroom villa in a quiet neighborhood with 24 hour security. This 2 storey villa has a large open plan living, dinning and kitchen area with glass doors leading out to the large pool. Downstairs there is 1 double bedroom which is part of the main house which is accessed by a outside walkway and 2 further bedrooms in a separate guest house. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms including the large master bedroom and a wonderful upstairs terrace. The villa is perfect for big groups or families with children.

Maid service 6 times per week is included half day (4 hours) Monday - Saturday!

Option for extra beds, food delivery, massage and car or scooter rental are available through our service team every day at an additional charge.

Our service team also provide bookings for local attractions and tours.

Security Deposit:

• 1-3 nights: 3,000 THB
• 4-7 nights: 3,000 THB
• 8-14 nights: 5,000 THB
• 15 nights or longer: 10,000 baht

The deposit will be refunded in full upon check -out, provided there are no damages or outstanding

Please note: Electricity and Water is not included in the rental price it cost 6 THB per Kilowatt. Our staff read the meters on check in and check out. The electricity cost depends mostly on Aircon usage so please consider this and the environment when staying in the villa.
