The three villas are similar in design, each being enclosed by a high wall for complete privacy. Each has its own pool (8x4x1½M), sundeck, poolside sala, living and dining area, kitchen, 3 or 4 double bedrooms and 2 or 3 bathrooms. The villas are furnished to a very high standard with all the facilities you could wish for in a home-away-from-home, including big screen TVs, an extensive movie and music library and fast internet.
Busaba Estate is just off Soi 112 at the southern end of Hua Hin town, near Vana Nava water park and with Bluport shopping mall not too far away. Nearby there are local shops, a Tesco, a fresh food market, restaurants and bars. Car rental is not necessary, with local taxis readily available and inexpensive.
Pool villas are not typically found in the centre of Hua Hin or directly on the beaches, mainly apartments and hotels. Busaba Estate is one of the closest to the beaches and the downtown area.
Busaba is a peaceful and relaxing place, with some permanent residents and regular holiday visitors. We ask guests to ensure that noise is kept to a minimum. Busaba is not a place for noisy parties.
