The swimming pool has a bathroom & shower building with water cascade.
Resort’s current capacity : 50 guests.
6 double bungalows (= 12 rooms / 24 guests).
1 family suite triple bungalow (= 3 rooms / 8 guests).
1 family/group quadruple bungalow (= 3 rooms / 6 guests & 1 dormitory / 12 guests).
Two entrance portals (one with large wooden gates).
Parking lot with open pavilion, guards’ office, water storage house (water tanks & pumps).
Staff house with 5 rooms (= 20 staff), 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a large common area.
Equipment warehouse, workshop, office, and laundry room.
Large hall (no function yet, but can be used for: spa & beauty salon, gym, yoga, coffee shop, bar, etc.)
Spacious garage for several cars, vans, etc.
Currently only about 2/3 or 2.5 acres of the property’s land has been developed. The remaining 1/3 or 1.25 acres is still undeveloped and waiting to be developed for future expansion. With multi-story buildings on this land the resort’s capacity can be expanded multiple times.
Power supply : The property has its own 3-phase 250 kVA transformer which has plenty of spare capacity for future expansion.
