Introducing the Setthasiri Donmueang project, featuring a selection of five distinctive house styles tailored for medium to large families spanning multiple generations. Each residence is thoughtfully designed with a ground-floor bedroom catering to the elderly. The houses boast 4-5 bedrooms, 4-6 bathrooms, parking for 2-4 cars, and a minimum land size of 54 sq m, with the smallest unit excluding a maid's room.
Inspired by the Georgian Style Architecture that originated in England between 1714 and 1830, during the reigns of King George I-IV, this project captures the elegance and uniqueness of that era. Emphasizing spaciousness, the interior of each dwelling is crafted to convey a sense of openness and luxury, mirroring the classic Georgian style. While drawing inspiration from the past, the project incorporates modern elements, aligning with the Sansiri style for accessibility to the new generation.
A noteworthy feature of this development is the double-volume entrance, leaving a lasting impression as one enters the house. The grandeur is accentuated by a striking curved glass door approximately 6 meters high, adding a touch of opulence to the overall aesthetic.
