Ploenchit center

Ploenchit center is the office building and plaza space for rent that the Company provides building management service.
The building area is approximately 42,847 square meters (25 floors). The owner of the building is the Prime Office Leasehold Property Fund. A small mall is accessed from the main road (Sukhumvit at the junction with Sukhumvit Soi 2) with a block of offices behind. The mall has several other restaurants inside and a food court on the 6th floor. There is a Supermarket in the basement, which has a selection of imported food satisfying the needs of customers.
