Summer Point

As part of the “Summer” inspired mixed-use project next to Phra Khanong BTS station, Summer Point is strategically designed for flexible space and user convenience. Breaking away from traditional office building layout, Summer Point is the perfect blend of creative space for work and play. The ground floor will consist of coffee shops and various dining options. The second floor is designed with very high ceilings to accommodate a co-working space, with double volume and mezzanine. The third to fifth floors will be dedicated to office space, ranging from 115 sq.m. to 1,250 sq.m., with two floors of underground parking to accommodate all visitors.
