Conceptual Design

CARAPACE HUA HIN presents an innovative real estate development comprising a commercial hotel and residential condominium within the same serene locale, adjacent to the beach. This project offers an ideal blend of vacation and residential opportunities, with two distinct phases and the added benefit of a Beach Club, exclusively provided by the project owner.

The first phase encompasses a commercial hotel, featuring one eight-floor building and two seven-floor buildings. Here, guests and residents can access various customer service areas, including a grand lobby, all-day dining options, a ballroom, shops, and various facilities.

The second phase introduces a residential condominium, comprising three four-floor buildings and an expansive fitness center equipped with comprehensive amenities.

Architectural Concept

The architectural design of CARAPACE HUA HIN is rooted in the "MODERN CONTEMPORARY" concept, aiming to imbue the structures with a modern aesthetic. The buildings are characterized by their rich, dark tones and textured surfaces, artfully complemented by warm brown accents to create an appealing and engaging visual appeal.

This project is thoughtfully designed to maximize views from both the garden area and the beach, fostering a sense of connection with nature. The expansive courtyard seamlessly merges the two phases, enhancing the feeling of spaciousness. The facade design incorporates gracefully curving lines that harmonize with the beachside landscape, ensuring a harmonious integration with the natural surroundings.
